Chickens

June 4-Sept 4, 2027
OPERA HOUSE

A musical comedy about the power of love, ambition and the wildly unpredictable feat of saving a farm.

‍

Created and developed right here in Rosebud, Chickens is back by popular demand!

‍‍

With their farm on the brink of bankruptcy and their struggling marriage, Pal and Liza are left searching for a way forward. While Liza keeps working to keep the farm afloat, Pal dives headfirst into raising his flock of exotic chickens who have drama of their own! Created and developed right here in Rosebud, Chickens is the hilariously quirky story of how a couple’s desperate attempt to save their farm turns into a feather-filled adventure full of love, ambition and barnyard drama. Frangione’s clever writing and quick wit, paired with toe-tapping, original music, will have you laughing, singing and clucking with delight!
