Some things to keep in mind when booking your tickets:
- Tickets are transferable between friends and family.
- Youth rates apply to people ages 13-18.
- Child rates apply to people ages 4-12.
- Children under four are not permitted in the theatre.
- Up to five days in advance, tickets may be exchanged to another date for the same production for a small exchange fee.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- Please be sure to check dates, times, and prices on all order confirmations and notify the box office immediately if changes need to be made.

Accessibility
To make your visit as comfortable as possible, Rosebud Theatre offers the following services to accommodate your needs.
Mobility
The Rosebud Opera House, the Haskayne-Kenney Mercantile, and the Studio Stage are all wheelchair accessible. Please let our reservationists know at time of booking so they can seat you in the designated areas.
Hearing Assists
For those with hearing difficulties, Rosebud Theatre offers hearing assists at the Opera House front desk for use in the theatre.
Food Sensitivities
Our buffet is labelled and lists common food allergens. Please ask any of our servers or kitchen staff if you have questions about a specific item. Special plated meals are available to purchase for food sensitivities in the Rosebud Mercantile Dining Room with advance notice.

2026 EXCHANGE POLICY
To make your visit as comfortable as possible, Rosebud Theatre offers the following services to accommodate your needs.
- All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, however we understand that things happen and plans can change. We’re happy to offer flexible options for your buffet and theatre tickets. If you need to adjust your booking, you may request a free exchange or credit up to three days prior to your performance.
- Within three days of the performance, ticket exchanges may still be made, however credits are no longer available. Please note that exchanges can only be made within the same production you originally booked, and a $5.00 per-ticket exchange fee will apply.
- On the day of the performance, we are unable to offer exchanges or credits - exceptions may be made during major weather events.
- If an exchange is not possible, tickets may be converted into a charitable donation on the day of the performance. A tax receipt will be provided.
