General Ticket Information

VISA or MasterCard is required for ticket purchase.  

Payments are processed at the time of reservation.

Once payment has been received, tickets are non-refundable but are transferable (with 5 days notice of reservation date) to another date in the same show.

Box Office hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) January - February
Saturdays 8:00am - 4:00pm added March - December.

General Show Information

Children under the age of 4 are not permitted in the theatre in consideration for other paying patrons.

In consideration for the actors on stage and other guests in the audience, please respect the following guidelines for theatre etiquette:

Do not operate cameras and recording equipment during the play

Keep food and drink out of the theatre auditorium

Avoid playing with candy wrappers and other noisy paper 

Turn off watch alarms, pagers and wireless phones for the duration of the show

Ensure that young children and the young-at-heart are well behaved 

Applaud and cheer whenever you are moved to do so

Use the provided comment card to offer feedback based on your Rosebud experience
