Learn to cook at Rosebud Centre of the Arts

We’re proud to offer a chance to cook with our Executive Chef, Pat Murphy. Choose from two classes:

Classical Cuisine – Sun, Feb 26 - 2:00pm - 6:00pm
Soup: Lobster Bisque
Salad: Artisan Greens with a Raspberry and Peppercorn Vinaigrette
Main: Rack of Lamb with Pan Sauce

Wild Game Cuisine – Sun, April 29 - 2:00pm - 6:00pm
Appetizer: Bison Short Ribs
Salad: Mixed Greens with Glazed Duck Breast
Main: Elk Wellington with Wild Mushroom Sauce

After preparing for the afternoon, enjoy your gourmet dinner with a fine wine and great company.

Cost for each class is $85. Maximum of 8 participants.

Rosebud Mercantile
The Rosebud Mercantile is now open and ready to serve the needs for your next event. Located in the picturesque river valley of Rosebud, Alberta, this facility is only one hour east of the Calgary city limits.
