Position Description:
The Rosebud Mercantile is now accepting resumes for cooks. We are seeking experienced, culinary-driven individuals to support an excellent food and beverage program under the direction of Executive Chef Pat Murphy. Selected candidates will join a dynamic team and will have the opportunity to work for our Rosebud Theatre dining room, Wild Horse Jack’s Bistro & Grill and our banquet facility, the Encana Conference Centre.
The desired candidates for this position are energetic, motivated professionals who can work effectively and efficiently in a bustling kitchen environment, and who can communicate and work well with others. Candidates must have a positive outlook and enjoy serving guests in a hospitality environment.
A minimum of 2 years related experience in a restaurant/resort is required, and a culinary education is an asset although not required. Employment can begin immediately.
